At 1st Stop for Tots, children up to four years of age can join in the fun of rhymes, songs, stories, and other activities. No registration is required for this free half hour program sponsored by the Friends of the
St. Clair Shores Public Library.
1st Stop for Tots at Home
With funding from a Suburban Library Cooperative Early Literacy Grant, the Youth Services Department created a pilot program:
1st Stop For Tots At Home Kits. These kits include one board book, one Easy book, one shaky egg, one scarf, one set of bells, two rhythm sticks, one Basic Skills Practice Ring set, a rhyme booklet, a Tips sheet, and TALK promotional materials for families to keep. Families with children between birth and age three that reside in St. Clair Shores are eligible to request a kit.
